This privacy policy is to be considered together with the Principles of Data Processing and Protection issued by the Data Controller; the matters of principle and practice set forth therein are also applicable to the communication activity described in this privacy policy. The Principles of Data Processing and Protection are available to the public for review at the registered address of METRIREP Kft.
This privacy policy shall be valid from the launch of the website service from 16.12.2019 until revoked.
The Data Controller maintains the right to amend this privacy policy as necessary, and to publish the amended text on its homepage indicated as above.
The Data Controller attaches special significance to the protection of the personal data of the visitors of the above designated website, and wishes to ensure the informational self-determination rights of its homepage visitors under all conditions, and does everything to create the conditions for secure internet access. In order to achieve this goal the Data Controller is fully compliant with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the GDPR), and of Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and on the freedom of information (hereinafter the InfoAct).
The Data Controller manages personal data on a confidential basis, in compliance with the effective statutory regulations, provides for their integrity and safety, and takes the necessary technical and organisational measures, and establishes the rules of procedure required to achieve the goals.
In developing this privacy policy the Data Controller considered the following effective statutory regulations applicable to on-line communication:

Scope of personal data collected on the website
The website can be visited without registration. The Data Controller does not request any personal data in connection with the use of the website, that may be suitable for the direct identification of the data subject. The Data Controller does not operate a social networking site.
Interested parties may use the Email address or the telephone number provided on the web page to directly contact the Data Controller, who follows the procedure as set forth in the Principles of Data Processing and Protection issued by himself during the processing of personal data.
Server log files
The web servers of the Data Processor automatically store the log file information sent by the browser software operating on the device used by the data subject for on-line communication, which are as follows: the IP address of the computer or other device requesting access, the amount of data transferred, the web browser type and version, the operating system used, the page that was previously visited, the date and time of connection to the server.
The Data Processor retains the automatically generated log files for one year, and takes the utmost care to provide for their secure storage and to prevent unauthorized access.
The Data Processor uses the above described data for statistical purposes only, there is no automatic data processing or profiling taking place.
The Data Processor anonymizes the IP address of the data subject after it has left the website, in order to prevent any information on the website visit from potentially being associated with an identified or identifiable natural person.
The data stored in the log file are analysed in anonymized form only.
The identifiers used during the on-line communication are presented in the Cookie policy.
Data security measures
The Data Controller takes all necessary steps and measures for the safety of the data made available by the data subject, to prevent its accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, damage, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access – both during communication over the network and during the storage and retention of the data.
